Description
WP2 will identify the educational, research, and market needs for cultural heritage management training for tourism purposes in HEIs of Partner Countries. It starts by conducting a series of surveys to investigate the available and the needed training within each Beneficiary University. An investigation of international curricula will also be conducted in order to provide a comprehensive set of intensive study programs/ training programs/ workshops on Tourism-led Heritage Development, that are comparable to those delivered by universities worldwide. Another survey will also cover the available facilities which enable the progress of studies within this field. Then surveys will be conducted to identify the specific competences of successful international practices targeting tourism-led heritage/ urban development. Lastly, each university will investigate the suitable case study for implementation.
