As part of the immersive learning experience at the Universidad de Granada, students and staff from MENA partners actively engaged in two impactful technical workshops:
- Workshop 1: Participation, City, and Landscape in World Heritage Management – where participants discussed inclusive strategies for balancing preservation and development in heritage sites.
- Workshop 2: Advanced Graphic and Emotional Assessment Technologies – exploring tools like digital documentation, visual storytelling, and data visualization to enrich heritage research and communication.
Participants were divided into interdisciplinary teams to work on real case studies from Córdoba and Granada, proposing innovative approaches for interpreting, preserving, and activating these World Heritage cities.
The sessions encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving — linking academic knowledge with real-world heritage management needs.
